At Krewla, all of our products are made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and create each item specifically for you.


Order Processing & Production

Once an order is placed, it enters production before shipping.

  • Production time: Typically 2–7 business days

  • Production times may be longer during high-volume periods such as holidays, sales, or new releases.

Shipping timelines begin after production is complete, not on the order date.

Shipping rates are calculated per item and shown at checkout. If your order includes multiple items, additional item rates apply.

  • Krewla is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Krewla is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Krewla, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or color selection.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and order details before completing a purchase.
